Chillious is the Director of Basketball/Head Prep Basketball Coach/Athletic Director at South Kent (Conn.) School where he mentored players like  Dorrell Wright, Andray Blatche and Dion Waiters.

A native of Mt. Zion, Md., Chillious attended Lafayette College (Pa.), earning his Bachelor of Science degree in psychology in 1996. He served as the basketball team captain during his senior year and also received the President’s Silver Award with a 3.45 GPA as a senior. He continued his education at the University of Victoria (Victoria, B.C.), where he also began his coaching career in 1997. From there, he moved on to become the head coach at West Nottingham in 2001, then took the job at South Kent two years later.
