Doug currently serves as a developmental coach for the Los Angeles Clippers with their G-League team, the Agua Caliente Clippers.

Doug helps to develop skills in live G-League games & practices to imitate NBA game minutes.

Doug previously was the 16u Head Coach/Athletic Director for Team Takeover, one of the premier programs in the country.

Doug Directly developed the highest level 16u players to prepare for college recruitment.
